Small Group: Cross Examination

Choose a witness and then spend about 5-10 minutes brainstorming chapters.  

At least one faculty member will role play the witness. Chose another attorney to be the prosecutor (to object) and the other faculty member will be the judge.  

Divide up the chapters among the attorneys, 1-2 chapters each
Spend about 5-10 minutes writing questions

Present and provide feedback.
